2. SaaS Products
For subscription-based SaaS products, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available for renewals or after the 7-day period.
3. Custom AI Solutions
Custom AI development projects are scoped and agreed upon before commencement. Refunds for custom work are handled on a case-by-case basis, based on the deliverables completed at the time of the request.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered. If a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
